- Link and interact at the artwork level:
The mode will be for your customer to order on your site and direct the order to our factory for production. This means that our artwork personnel will directly communicate with your customers regarding artwork details.
Communication and message experience, modification and replacement of artwork details, and interaction with different formats of artwork all have high requirements for our artwork personnel. If the customer experience on our side is not good, it may damage your brand. This is one of our main concerns.
CFM needs to further strengthen the detailed rules of artwork and ensure that the whole process runs smoothly.
- Product SKU attributes:
Currently, the CFM website carries the customization needs of products and orders for countless different customers. While meeting many different needs, it also leads to complexity and diversity on our website. When placing an order in the early stage, questions such as how to place an order and what to do if a wrong order is placed may arise and affect customer experience.
Therefore, the products launched on our white-label site only follow standard product practices, and customized details may be difficult to achieve.
4. Product pictures and copyrighting requirements:
We can only provide one version of pictures and copyrighting, which may result in homogeneity. Customers will need to edit and customize the details according to their specific needs.
There are also follow-up technical aspects of connection and maintenance that need to be further considered by CFM.
CFM’s decision to suspend the white-label site is based on years of careful consideration of investing time and money in our website and system. While focusing on the continuous construction of our supply chain, we also continue to pay attention to and collect relevant information.
