客户:So the reason i was asking about the white label is because I ordered from another company and received the item from your factory and it said the name of it on it. I don’t think it was supposed to show the name of factory.
XXXXX, we have been offering ad textile print service for the North American market for over 18 years. And almost all our customers use our drop ship service.
If you check our site, you will find we offer blind drop service (FedEx) and paper less service (UPS) to hide our factory’s info when shipping.
Normally it won’t show our workshop’s name unless the customer chooses to ship the package from CFM to their own company and then they repack the package to their customers. They may probbaly forget to remove the shipping slip for repacking. If you can provide more details, we will check and confirm.
I checked with our sales rep that most of the orders of XXXXX drop ship to customers, but they still have some orders to ship to themselves. We will notify them to pay more attention to selecting the drop ship shiping service when ordering.
