XXX, before addressing your questions, I would like to explain the logic behind how our system stores EIN numbers on our site.

When you place an order and enter your EIN number, our system automatically saves it for your next order. However, the system’s memory is limited and can only remember the EIN number from your most recent order. This means that the EIN number from your previous order will influence any subsequent orders.

After reviewing your order history, we found that the EIN number record was replaced due to a reward point shop order you placed on December 8th, 2022. The EIN number field became blank after you placed order XXX in our reward point shop. Since an EIN number is not required for reward point shop orders, the system saved the EIN number for this order as “Blank” and this history was saved for future orders. To update the system’s memory, you can enter your EIN number when placing a new order for a normal product (avoiding reward point shop orders). For more details on this process, please refer to the attached video.

We have identified this issue as a small bug in our program and have submitted it to our IT team for improvement and optimization.
